I am deeply passionate about Italian food and wine. I believe that the diet and lifestyle of my homeland, Italy, are key to living a long, healthy and prosperous life.

Italy is a country rich in natural beauty. The volcanic forces that shaped the peninsula and its islands have also enriched its landscape. The soils are young and mineral-rich, replenished by volcanic activity from landmarks such as Mount Vesuvius and Mount Etna, one of Europe’s most active volcanoes.
